[art-tool-1] Golden Ratio Designer (prealpha 0.1)

Inspired by Golden Ration Logo designs, Art Deco, Technical Drawing and Geometric Caricatures/Portraits.

• STEP 1: Create minimum of two shapes and drag on to each other to see automatic intersection
• Intersections can be toggled showing options when you click them
  
• Up/down arrow after clicking on a base shape will change its size to nearest Golden Ration/Fibonacci number.

TODO: fix animation export/playback artefacts, rounding on inner inset, up/down arrow change square to 1:1 ratio (need more flexibility - same for triangle)
