[5] Vector Asset Viewer: Lottie & Svg (static & animated)

(prealpha 0.1c)

Super simple vector viewer that opens files stored locally:

• SVG
• lottieJSON 
• dotLottie (.lottie)

TIP: if you 'download' it doesn't actually download anything from the web just resaves it from local storage into browswer downloads folder. 

BUGS:  ...'copy name' doesn't copy due to 'sandbox'

TODO: 

• filtering / sorting / replay
