[5] Vector Viewer: Svg/Lottie

Super simple vector viewer that opens files stored locally:

• SVG
• lottieJSON 
• dotLottie

TIP: if you 'download' it doesn't actually download anything from the web just resaves it from local storage into browswer downloads folder. 

BUGS:  ...'copy name' doesn't copy due to 'sandbox'

TODO: add keyboard shotcuts for full screen view  + export options.
